We usually pay between 70- 85% of market value. Variations are based on many variables location, condition, tenanted or not etc.

Where do you buy?

Nationwide we are particularly strong in the North West where we are based. We will also look at holiday homes anywhere in the EEC or the USA.

What do you buy?

Anything: houses, flats, shops, commercial, land tenanted or not with or without planning permission.
